Attention All Parents /Guardians of Current 6th Grade Students Immunization Requirements for school attendance in Ohio have changed! All students entering the 7th grade in the fall of 2017 are now required by Ohio school law to provide proof of the following immunizations BEFORE starting school on August 30, 2017:  

TDap (to protect from Tetnus, Diptheria and Pertussus) Meningococcal (MCV4) (to protect from Meningitis)

Any student who has not had the TDap and Meningicoccal (MCV4) vaccination prior to entering the 7th grade will not be permitted to attend school until proof of these immunizations has been received by the school. Both of the required immunizations, TDap and Meningicoccal (MCV4) can be obtained at any time from now until the first day of 7th grade (August 30, 2017). We encourage you to contact your physician or the Clermont County General Health District at 513-735-8400 to schedule an appointment now. Don’t wait!! Clinics tend to become very busy towards the end of the summer causing a delay in immunization which could result in your child’s exclusion from school. Please provide proof of these immunizations as soon as possible to the school by either sending in with your student or faxing (by you or your physician) to 513-753-3462, Attn: Health Clinic.
