Update on the Community Lot
At the Annual Meeting on February 21, 2017, the Membership voted to sell the Community Property Lot Our due diligence is complete and we are in the final stages of negotiating a sales transaction. We’ll have all the details for you soon
A Message from Our Pool & Recreation Board President… Lauren Stutesman On behalf of the entire pool board, we hope everyone is having a great summer. We continue to ask everyone to clean up their mess around the pool and clubhouse so that everyone can enjoy a nice, clean environment. We have ordered a new treadmill for the workout room; please let us know if you have any issues with it while in use. We have also cleaned up the landscaping around the clubhouse.

Town Hall Recap Numerous residents had questions and officials did a great job of answering them. There were questions and comments about speeding and running stop signs. our not-yet-built second entrance, on street parking, children’s safety & much more. Comments also included delivery and construction workers speeding, recreational vehicle parking. Whispering Oaks II HOA works within our covenants and receives additional assistance from JPD and Property Code Enforcement Take-away message: This is your community. The people who are speeding, running stop signs and parking on the street, over the apron and up on the curb are the people who live here.
