Auctioneer Rudy Hershberger Hershberger Auction Service (920) 290-1998-(920) 566-0254

This is the twelfth DBCL Wild Game Dinner and Fundraiser. The first was held in February of 2006, 3 weeks after we obtained partial occupancy of the new clubhouse. It was a learning experience! In 2007, this event became the largest fund raiser in DBCL history. In an effort to accommodate the 100+ people that were turned away because of space and to spare our cooks the nightmare of preparing food on a frozen parking lot, we moved the event off site in 2015 and set a new net revenue record of $50,000. We have upgraded the venue and hope to provide an even better event. We hope you enjoy the food, the camaraderie plus the auction and raffle items and we hope all of you BUY TICKETS for the raffles and BID EARLY and BID OFTEN in the auctions! There have been many changes at your club in the last eleven years. We now have over 2,250 members. We have paid off the clubhouse and have a positive balance in the bank. We have a new caretakers house, trap and skeet machines, pads, lights and houses, we’ve built a short handgun range, made significant upgrades to our structures, drainage and ranges, paid off the last 10 acres we bought, acquired a new Skid Steer with attachments, rebuilt the 200 yard pit walls and berms, mined the trap fields, built 2 new and replaced 2 range roofs, paved the barn floor, rebuilt running deer #1 and fixed the road & parking lots. $442,000+ of the money needed to pay for these projects came from the Wild Game Dinner. We have added new activities, continued to fund conservation and gun rights organizations and more. We have met all our financial obligations and have continued to give you, our members the best club of it’s kind in the State. We've accomplished a lot, but future projects and investments at DBCL may include: A. Prepare for any new Land Acquisition C. Replace the sagging wall behind the 50 E. Investigate a 5 stand field & an indoor Handgun and Smallbore rifle range

B. Prepare for any anti-gun legal action against DBCL D. Install noise baffling in the clubhouse F. Fund pro conservation, environmental, pro-gun and pro hunting causes

Let’s use this Dinner and Fundraiser to help us with these projects. Come to the Dinner! Eat well, enjoy your selves and bid on these great items and trips. John F. Kubichek, Andy Miller and the Wild Game Dinner Committee
