Drawing Package Within the drawing package, DOC combines 2D and 3D drawings. The 3D drawing below is a simple concept of a kitchen space the customer needed to fit in the new office space. Using the latest software, DOC can easily work with a client to provide a solution. This latest software, Autodesk Revit, has costing capabilities and allows the sketch to have a practical, costing and purposeful usage.

The 2D work packages are formed and the floor plan above is the agreed layout for the project. This informs client and supplier of the job ahead. Working with DOC, the plans are edited until the client is 100% happy with moving forward and having the job fulfilled.

3D Views

Before and After Working from a CAT-A to furnished office space that could accommodate over 20 employees, the space had to be completed quickly and within the budget for the client. Partitioning, from DOC’s trusted supplier in Italy reduced the overall cost as the competitive product saved a considerable amounts across the project. The simple design of the building and already well finished CAT-A, DOC took no time at all at installing the partitioning, kitchen and furniture.

Summary The project finished as an overwhelming success. The client was pleased with the overall finish and layout that was suggested. Professional conference rooms and breakaways were important and with the use of the partitioning, it was done at an effective price. All works were completed within the timeframe and within the allocated budget, Moorgarth were able to move into their office space on their scheduled date.
