The Railway Board vide letrer No'2015/E(LR)III/REFAIFIR/1dated 03/03/2015has issued instructionsto c.n6rur Managersto grant of specialcasualleave& passesto the Generalcouncil members of NFIR as per namesbeing submitted by Affiliated Unionsto their respectiveGeneralManagers. ' The Federationexpectslarge numberof Generalcouncil Members/Delegates/Activists from all over the Indian Railways/Productionunits will be participating i" the Meeting and open Session. In order to get over inconvenienceand hardshipsto the travelling public and alsb facilitate participationof the delegatesand activistsin the General^council Meeting and open Session,we would. requestthe Railway Board to arrangeto work specialtrains with u *u*]-unumber of coachesand also attachextra coaches,w[erevgriought to clear the rush. we further requestthe Railway Board to kindly advisethe respectivezonal Railways accordinglyfor working specialtrains and specialcoaches on the.basisof requisitionsbeing made by NFIR arnl-iates. we are iauiring ou, umtiut.s to sendtheir requisitionsto the respectiveZonalAdministrationmentioninj tne requirement. copy of General council Meeting notice & Railway Board,s letter dated 03/03/2015are enclosedfor necessary action.
