ORDINANCE NO. _________________ AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE, PART II, CHAPTER 38, ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 7978 AND 8012 SHALLOWFORD ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE. _____________________________________________________ SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Chapter 38, Zoning Ordinance, be and the same hereby is amended so as to rezone properties located at 7978 and 8012 Shallowford Road, more particularly described herein: Lot 1 and Part of Lot 2 Odyssey Land Company Subdivision, Plat Book 91, 171, ROHC as shown on the Zoning Plan drawn by MAP Engineers on 09/15/2016, project number 16-184 and submitted to the case file on 09/22/2016. To find the true point of beginning start at the northeast corner of Lot 1, thence southwest some 948 feet to a point, thence northwest some 395 feet to a point, thence northeast some 633 feet to a point, thence northwest some 314 feet to the northwest corner of said part of Lot 2, thence southeast some 440 feet the point of beginning, being the property described in Deed Book 8895, Page 997, and part of the property described in Deed Book 9545, Page 508, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149N-A-004 (part) and 004.01.
