คาดว่ากาไรใน 1Q61F จะลดลง 9% YoY แต่ เพิม่ ขึน้ 19% QoQ เราคาดว่า PTT จะมีกาไรสุทธิ ใน 1Q61 อยูท่ ี่ 4.20 หมื่นล้านบาท (-9% YoY, +19% QoQ) ซึ่งสาเหตุที่ กาไรลดลง YoY เป็ นเพราะใน 1Q60 บริ ษทั ได้รับปันผลพิเศษ 4.3 พันล้านบาท จากกองทุน Energy and Petrochemical Index Fund (EPIF) แต่กาไรที่เพิม่ ขึ้น QoQ มีสาเหตุสาคัญมาจาก i) บริ ษทั บันทึกผล ขาดทุนจากการด้อยค่าของสิ นทรัพย์ 6.3 พันล้านบาทใน 4Q60 โดย 4.2 พันล้านบาทมาจากธุรกิจถ่านหิ น ของ PTT และอีก 2.1 พันล้านบาทมาจาก PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC.BK/PTTGC TB)* ii) รายได้ พิเศษ 1.8 พันล้านบาท จากการขายหุ ้นทั้งหมดที่ถือใน Star Petroleum Refining (SPRC.BK/SPRC TB)* ออกไปใน 4Q60 และ iii) กาไรจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเพิม่ ขึ้นถึง 50% QoQ เป็ น 4.4 พันล้านบาท จากการที่ เงินบาทแข็งค่าขึ้น 1.45 บาท/US$ ใน 1Q61 จากที่แข็งขึ้นแค่ 0.69 บาท/US$ ใน 4Q60 กาไรจากการดาเนินงานของบริษทั ลูกในตลาดสามแห่ งลดลง หากไม่รวมรายการพิเศษ เราคาดว่ากาไรจากการดาเนิ นงานของ PTT จะลดลง 4% QoQ ใน 1Q61 เนื่ องจากคาดว่ากาไรจากการดาเนิ นงานของบริ ษทั ลูกสามแห่ งคือ PTTGC, TOP (TOP.BK/TOP TB)* และ IRPC (IRPC.BK/IRPC TB)* จะลดลงเนื่ องจากกาไรจากสต็อกน้ ามันลดลงอย่างมาก นอกจากนี้ เรา ยังคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักในงบเดี่ยวของ PTT ก็จะลดลง QoQ ด้วยเนื่องจากคาดว่าปริ มาณยอดขาย ก๊าซจะลดลง 2% QoQ เหลือ 4,639mmscfd เนื่องจากความต้องการใช้ก๊าซของ กฟผ. และโรงไฟฟ้ า IPP ลดลง ซึ่ งเป็ นผลมาจากการที่โรงไฟฟ้ าพลังงานหมุนเวียนผลิตไฟฟ้ าเพิ่มขึ้น โดยเฉพาะ solar farm นอกจากนี้ ปริ มาณขายก๊าซของโรงแยกก๊าซลดลง 5% QoQ เหลือ 1,722k ตัน หลังจากที่โรงแยกก๊าซที่ 2 ปิ ดซ่อมบารุ งตามแผนใน 1Q61 แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP.BK/PTTEP TB)* ยังเป็ นบริ ษทั ลูกเพียงแห่ งเดียวที่กาไรจากการดาเนิ นงานเพิ่มขึ้น QoQ ใน 1Q61 เนื่องจากราคาขาย เฉลี่ย (ASP) เพิ่มขึ้นและต้นทุนลดลง Valuation and action
เมื่อวันที่ 12 เมษายนที่ผา่ นมา ผูถ้ ือหุ ้นของ PTT อนุมตั ิให้แตกหุ้นด้วยการลดพาร์จาก 10.00 บาท/หุ้น เหลือ 1.00 บาท/หุ ้น ดังนั้นเราจึงปรับราคาเป้ าหมายซึ่งคานวณโดยวิธี SoTP ลงมาอยูท่ ี่ 51.00 บาท และ ยังคงคาแนะนาถือ โดยเราเชื่อว่าราคาหุ ้นน่าจะลดลงเนื่ องจากกาไรจากการดาเนิ นงานที่ลดลง QoQ ใน 1Q61
