Rubina Chapagai(Sister) of Mr. Anup Thapa, permanent resident of Bharatpur Sub-Metropolitan City Ward No.4, Chitwan, Nepal do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: 1. That Rajan Chapagai is our son and brother and we are his sponsor. 2. That he intended to proceed to Portugal for the course in QCF Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Hospitality Management Course at “European College of Business Studies”. 3. That whatever liquid funds we are showing for the higher studies of our son in Portugal which include funds in Saving a/c, property that we have & our income will be preserved with us for 1(one) year minimum 4. That also we shall to be responsible to pay all the charges of abroad i.e. boarding, lodging, transportation and tuition fees or any other relates expenses etc. if the visa is granted in his favor.
