Dear Mr. Balian To which 'unrelated proceeding' do you refer as I'm unaware of any such matter? Reference my correspondence to you of 12 May 2017 from which I extract here;
Helen Raptis recently changed the locks / keys preventing me access to my property at 25 Benjamin Street, Parkville, 3052. where within my personal & professional possessions documentation reside. This immediately impacts;

My ability to generate income

My ability to compile the documentation necessary for a Solicitor acting on my behalf to bring this rna Iter to f inal closure / termination.
A working set of keys need to be made immediately available to me.
Helen Raptis just recently returned my personal computer amongst some other personal possessions but the computer hard drives had been removed. This immediately impacts;

My ability to generate income

My ability to compile the documentation necessary for a Solici tor acting on my behalf to bring this malter to final closure / termination.
The computer hard drives need to be immediately returned to
me.
