this unprecedented drought, the conservation planning to ensure our water infrastructure is of utmost importance to our City of Costa Mesa and I have the experience and background to protect, preserve and strengthen Mesa Water. In the era of Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg, I’m extremely proud of my software background: at 13 years old, I sold my entire inventory of computer text adventure games written for the Texas Instruments TI-99/4A on cassette tapes using a dot matrix printer and a seal-a-meal and in high school, wrote commercial applications for the apple ][. In the late 90s, I worked with Visual Basic before getting 10 certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Solutions Developer (MCSD), and in the 31 years since I wrote my first program, I’ve continually taught, architected, developed and engineered software and led teams for the server, desktop, web and mobile spaces which will have major benefits improving, preserving and maintaining Mesa Water.”
