RESTITUTION

The Undersigned, being sworn says, on information and belief, that DERICK ION ALMENA did, in the County of Alameda, State of California, on or about January 13, 2015, commit a Felony, to wit: RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, a violation of section 496(a) of the PENAL CODE of California, in that said defendant(s) did unlawfully buy, receive, conceal, sell, withhold, and aid in concealing, selling, and withholding property, to wit, Airstream travel trailer 193128, which had been stolen and obtained in any manner constituting theft and extortion, knowing that said property had been stolen and so obtained. It is further alleged that the value of said stolen property exceeded nine hundred fifty dollars ($950.)

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 1054.5(b), the People are hereby informally requesting that defendant’s counsel provide discovery to the People as required by Penal Code Section 1054.3. Complainant therefore prays that a warrant issue and that said defendant(s) be dealt with according to law.
