+ Saturday, April 16 - Music in the Parks Disney 6:00 am - Meet at NS to get dressed 7:00 am - Leave for festival 9:20 am - Warm-up 9:40 am - Performance 6:30 pm - Rewards ceremony at the Fantasyland Theater (be there by 6 pm) Placentia Presbyterian, 849 N. Bradford, Placentia 57 S to Yorba Linda. Left on Yorba Linda (east) to Bradford. Right on Bradford (south) to the church (on the left). (This is just north of Valencia HS where we were for Travis Ranch competition.) Disneyland: South on Bradford to Chapman. Right on Chapman (west) to the 57. 57S to Ball Rd. Ball Rd. right (west) to Disneyland. Family Tickets: Family tickets for Disneyland are available at the festival for $93.00 each. (Please bring cash to pay for tickets). If you haven’t already, please let Robin or Michelle know if your student needs a ride down to Disneyland. Carnegie Hall Honors Performance Fund Raiser Concert We are going to be hosting (and performing at) a fund raiser concert for our own Abbie and Charli who are going to New York City this summer. The concert will begin at 6:00 pm that evening and will go about 90 minutes. Our girls will be opening the concert with their entire competition program and then will be closing with a new number: “New York, New York.” For this one concert only, they will not be wearing their hair pieces. They need to have their hair slicked back (we will provide clips). They will also need an oversized plain white shirt. A man’s dress shirt is best, but white t-shirts will also work. These shirts need to be oversized, not tight. (They will be wearing them over their black camis).
SECOND SEMESTER DATES APRIL Friday, April 15, 3:00-5:00: Adrenaline Rehearsal + Saturday, April 16 - Music in the Parks Disney MAY Monday, May 2 - TUESDAY REHEARSALS MOVED TO MONDAY THIS WEEK DUE TO NS SCIENCE CAMP Friday, May 6, 3:00-5:00: Adrenaline Rehearsal (optional for NS 6th graders) + Saturday, May 7 - Southern California Vocal Association Competition + Thursday, May 12 - Carnegie Hall Fund-Raiser Concert for Abbie and Charli! 6:00 p.m. Performance - Tickets are $5.00 for general seating. + Thursday, May 19 - + Spring Celebration + Saturday, May 21 - Music in the Parks Knotts & Knott’s performance Show Choir will perform at 10:00 at Saddleback High School, 2802 S. Flower, Santa Ana and at Knott’s Berry Farm (Fiesta Plaza) at 2:00 pm. Awards Ceremony is at 6pm in the park. JUNE + Wednesday, June 1 - Show Choir Showcase (all day to all three elementary schools + BBMS) Thursday, June 2. 5:00-7:00 p.m. - Show Choir Awards Tea + Saturday, June 4 - NS Country Fair & NS Spring Talent Show - Adrenaline plus individual acts
