Quotations for Appointment of Chartered Accountant for Auditing
Sealed Quotations are invited from open market for appointment of Chartered Accountant for Auditing the Accounts of the Society namely Society for Information Technology Initiative Funds for E-Courts for the financial year 2017-18. The terms and condition for appointment of Chartered Accountant would be as under: Terms and Conditions: 1.
The CA firm should have at least 15 years experience.
2.
There should be at least two partners in the firm.
3.
The annual gross professional receipts in each of two financial years i.e. 2015-16 and 2014-15 should be atleast 25 lakhs.
4.
There should be at least one DISA partner/employee in the CA firm.
5.
The CA firm should have at least two years experience in internal audit/ income tax consultancy/ statutory audit of PSU/ Trusts/ Societies/ Boards/ Corporations.
6.
The selected firm would be responsible for preparation of Accounts, filing of quarterly TDS Returns, conducting Auditing of the Accounts, filing of Income Tax Return etc.
7.
Payment will be made only after completion of the assignment and no advance payment will be released in any manner.
8.
It would be the sole discretionary power of the High Court whether to accept or reject anybody's offer without assigning any reason.
9.
The Contract of the engaged Chartered Accountant shall also stand terminated on account of unsatisfactory service without any prior notice.
10.
The term of the contract would be extended only on the satisfactory service provided by the concerned Firm.
11.
The sealed quotations addressed to 'THE REGISTRAR GENERAL, HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA, SECTOR -
1, CHANDIGARH'
should
reach in this office latest by 21.06.2017 till 4:00 PM. Any offer received thereafter will not be entertained. The word "Quotation for appointment of Chartered Accountant for - Society for Information Technology Initiative Funds for E-Courts" should be clearly inscribed on the top of the sealed envelope containing the quotation.
