Nancy Quinn’s notes on Board Meeting for April 2, 2012 Meeting called to order at 6:04 Quorum present: Lori, Clenon, Mark, Stella, Debra, Jacquie, & Nancy March Meeting Minutes were read by Debra: Lori approved, Mark 2nd Financial Report was read by Nancy: Lori approved, and Debra 2nd. Environmental: 1. On 4/1/2012 Sunroom Enclosure was approved at 103 Dunes Drive (Lot 466). 2. Patterson Grove Youth group resigned the Adopt-A-Highway program. A Thank You note was read. 3. Received a Adopt A Highway commitment letter from New Life Family Worship Center youth group. Maintenance: Jarrett Blanton was called to do further clean up of cul-de-sac on Dunes. Hospitality: Woodbridge Neighborhood Cookout planned tentatively for June 23, 2012. Old Business: 1. Debra read the template letter going out to Members concerning late fees. 2.
