1. In the left menu, click “Layout."

3. At the top, use the carousel to choose a template. 4. Below the carousel, use the preview to see how your blog will appear. 5. Use the left menu to customize your background, adjust widths, layout, and other settings. Play around! 6. On the top right, click “Apply to Blog” to make your changes live. 7. To clear your changes, click “Live on Blog."

2. Under“Sidebar Right," click “Add a Gadget.”

3. In this window, scroll down until you see “Text." Click on that. Fill in your title, type your text, add pictures, etc. Be sure to press "Save."
