Cover sheet Project Proposal (1-2 pages) Personal statement (1-2 pages) Detailed budget A copy of your “Grades & Academic Records” available via myOXY > Academics > My Academic Records > Grades & Academic Records. Note: projects requiring IACUC or BSC approval will be supported using a faculty member's protocol. Please provide that approval number here: _______________. Proposal must be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper, single sided, with 1" margins, 1.5 spaced and type font no smaller than 11 point. Please paperclip your complete proposal in the order listed above. Do not staple. Submit proposals to the Undergraduate Research Center by 4:00 pm on due date.
