Officio Project Director, RMSA, AP, Amaravathi has issued instructions to conduct RMSA-RAA training to the subject Teachers of Secondary Schools in the District in Residential mode in all identified centers in the references 1st and 2nd cited. Following is the design of training. Subject Teachers of all subjects 5 days PETs 5 days

IEDSS 1 day 1 day

ICT 2 days 1 day

Total 8 days 7 days

Note: Teachers of Telugu include both School Assistant Language Pandits. The District Educational Officer & Ex. Officio Project Coordinator (FAC), RMSA, Ananthapuramu is act as District Co Ordinator and overall supervision of In-service Training Programmes, the concerned Deputy Educational Officer’s Ananthapuramu, Gooty, Dharmvaram and Penukonda are here by appointed as Course Director for RMSA-RAA In-service Training Programmes The Course Co-ordinators are directed to follow the following guidelines scrupulously effective and smooth conduct of training programme. i.

There will be summer residential training programmes covering 8th,9th & 10th class subject teachers. The training programme will cover Teachers working under all schools categories of Govt., Management.

Training will be for 8 days including 05 days subject, 01 day inclusive Education,02 days ICT (01 day for PETs).

The training will be in 02 medium Telugu medium: Teachers of all Govt., ZPHS & Aided Schools English medium: Teacher of Model Schools, Municipal, all residential schools, APREIS & KGBVs.

iv Proper facilities should be ensured at the Training venue. Biometric attendance of trainees and Resource persons twice a day should be ensured. v Commissioner of School Education, SCERT team, Director, RMSA, RJDSE, District Educational Officer should visit the training centers and shall review with the trainees on the quality & effectiveness of training programme. vi Earned leave will be preserved as per the rule 15 under FR82. vii The modules of Telugu, English, Hindi & Social Studies are supplied to the schools. They should be used in Training Programmes. viii The Course Coordinators are requested to conduct post Evaluation Test on the First and last day of the training and submit the consolidated list of marks awarded to the trainee’s subject wise as per orders of the District Collector. Further it is here by informed that the venues, Course Directors, Course Coordinator, Subject wise Resource persons IEDSS trained Masters and no. of teachers are to be trained subject wise are identified and noted in separate annexure-I,II and III enclosed.

Therefore, all the Course Directors, Course Coordinators are here by instructed to make necessary arrangements with the help of the local Head Masters for smooth conduct of teacher training programme in four spells. The details furnished hereunder. Spell I

The Resource persons noted in Annexure-I are also instructed to report before the Course Coordinators concerned one day in advance for preparation of the programme. The Head Masters concerned are requested to relieve teachers concerned subjects teachers who have not trained in-Service training programme earlier nearly recruiters teachers and newly promotes teachers should be given first priority well in advance to attend the said training programme on the noted above dates those who are teaching the classes VIII, IX and X as per allotment in Annexure-II subject wise with instructions to bring the text books and training modules (Hand Books) concerned without fail. The programme Coordinators i.e., Deputy Educational Officers concerned are requested to finalize training accounts and submit the expenditure particulars along with bills & Vouchers and relevant training material within (3) days after completion of the trainings. Further they are instructed that the payments for the arrangement, TA/DA charges to the participants all payments in respect of this training programme should be mode through online only no cash payments and cheques are allowed. The guidelines and instructions issued by of the Commissioner of School Education & Ex. Officio Project Director, RMSA, AP, Amaravathi is herewith enclosed for smooth and successful conduct training Programme. The Deputy Educational Officer, RMSA AO,APMS AD are requested to visit the training camps personally and to monitor the programme effectively.
