Introduction The end of 2013, the population of the city of Bogor has reached 1.0013.019 person, so that two years ago the city of Bogor has entered the large city category. Number of private vehicles also grew rapidly, especially two-wheeled vehicles (230,000 units over the same year with a growth rate of 11%). This has added to the heavy burden of the city center. As it is known that the activity of the central city of Bogor is located on the perimeter of the area of the Garden / Istana Bogor (heritage / heritage) which has become the world's assets. This condition is worsened by the pattern of road networks that are radial-centric. Among the major issues facing the city of Bogor is the issue of transportation (urban mobility) which should be formulated the handling and development plan (grand scenario). Based on data from Bogor City Police, private vehicle in Bogor City where growth reached 13% / year. While the data DLLAJ said at least 8,000 units of public transportation operate in the city of Bogor.
Objective On 2nd April 2015 threre was held FGD Transportation Development Program of Bogor (Bogor transportaton Program / BTOP) the opportunity to discuss with the multistakeholder: local, regional, national or international. After improvement, acquired some of the needs of public transport, transfer point, park and ride, pedestrian malls and sky walk, to environmentally friendly vehicles. To realize the plan, is required investment cooperation with various parties, especially from the public and private sectors. In the event Bogor Transportation Summit program has discussed the type of investment required and expected to grow ask of sharing parties to invest in order to realize the future of safe, convenient, easy, effective, and efficient and sustainable public transportation. And therefore, this document should be able to be legalized in the form of legislation or Perwali that have legal force from the Government it self and to convince the businesses or investors who will invest in the field of transportation the city of Bogor. It is a guarantee of business continuity for investors.
Moderator and Event Approach This event was facilitated by Mr. Yayat Supriyatna as the moderator, Dr. Bima Arya as a presenter was accompanied by Mr. Suharto as Head of Planning Agency, Mr. Achsin as Head DLLAJ, Mr. Denny Mulyadi as Head of BPPTPM, and also Pak Tedy Murtedjo from GIZ SUTIP. Workshop approach that combined the concepts gala dinner, is participatory by providing maximum opportunity for the participants to express their opinions regarding BTOP.

MoU signing between Bogor Major and PT.SMI President Director PT SMI is a state established by the Ministry of Finance, serves as a catalyst for infrastructure development. PT SMI bigger role in financing long-term infrastructure projects. PT SMI development activities, into the direction of project development and advisory, where one of them is no PPP scheme. PT SMI to date has focused on basic infrastructure, such as drinking water, toll roads, waste management, and urban transport. But the future scope to be more widespread, such as hospitals, education, traditional markets, etc.

In the context of the MoU between the City Government and PT SMI, the scope of the collective agreement covering; Organization Capacity Building and Training; Implementation of Assistance Activities Mapping, Planning and Preparation Project; Provision of data and information related to infrastructure projects that will be developed in the future in accordance with the Bogor city development planning; Determine the initial mapping associated with the potential development of infrastructure

B-TOP Summit are expected could be a solution to the various issues, especially transport, both in terms of management systems to the operational system. City Government had a concept, a grand design or master plan on transportation programs, but require assistance from various parties to make it happen, ie investors from domestic and foreign companies, donor funds, etc.

Presidential Regulation in the future will make the Greater Jakarta area development plan in an integrated and sustainable. As a CBD; Community center ranging from educational, religious, all offices are located around the Bogor botanical gardens and the mayor's office complex. And the number of commuters from Bogor to about 800 thousand people / day, the number of public transport vehicles (public transportation) nearly 8000 vehicles such vehicles only reach 40% of the city area bogor. Related programs to reduce congestion Bogor City are: 1. Redistribution function of the entire region Bogor Botanical Gardens, 2. Improved road network (BORR and BIRR), 3. Rerouting public transportation (angkot) , 4. Development of the BRT system, with the 7 main corridors 5. The construction of the terminal type A (terminal Sukaresmi) and the city border terminal, cargo terminal. 6. Implementation concept of a school bus, bus employees', bus tours, and pedestrian and bicycle lanes, park and ride facilities. 7. Development of CNG usage. In Bogor City, around 50 units of public transportation (angkot) has been using CNG. And will be built at some point SPBGs

The Government is developing a concept Transport Services Agency (BPJT) in the Greater Jakarta area), JABODETABEK Transportation Master Plan. Planned for the month of August 2015 will be made president regulation related with BPJT and RITJ. Regulation of the Minister of Transport 54 in 2013 on the General Plan Mass Transport Networks in urban areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek), will be increased in the form of Pepres, which not only accommodate road-based mass public transport, but also public transport rail-based (LRI). Ground breaking is planned on August 17, 2015 by Precedent RI. organize rail-based transportation system (LRT, Light Rail Transit). Already there are plans by the regulation, in July 2015 will be ratified. Adhi Karya: LRT construction plan in July 2015 the regulation will go down, there are several stages of development, stage 1 (cawang-hamlet above). Mr. Adam of PT. KCJ: - Commuter Line KRL passengers mostly from the city of Bogor, so that intermodal integration is desirable. Target PT.KCJ in the next year reached 1.2 million passengers / day. The concept of the city of Bogor to be strong, if you want to become a city of tourism or other concepts. Telkom: will invest in e-ticketing system in all the transportation program, we have been cooperating with KCJ Kualanamu airports and train. Asian Development Bank: the current focus on the development of local or national transport, then will develop in urban transport. Consortium PT Aeromovel: aeromovel almost all its components can be found in Indonesia, then the price will be cheaper. aeromovel will be Transjakarta feeder and KRL, which only operates in the city of Bogor. Deputy BKPM: detailing maisng concept for each project, along with the benefits to be derived investors and local governments. The main focus of the current city administration is convertible into Transpakuan public transportation. Management PDJT management system healthier, take the opportunity to invite Integration advertising to increase revenue PDJT.

GIZ SUTIP in accordance with the mandate had been providing support in terms of technical assistance, so that the future can collaborate between Bogor City Government, GIZ, and PT SMI. 8
GIZ SUTIP and PT.SMI will have a meeting to create a road map for the development of Trans Pakuan the future, not only of the technical aspects and both operational, but from the aspect of financing and management more professional in Transpakuan.
