Diploma from reputed institutes in: Cooperative Management, Rural Management, Forestry, Forest Management, Rural Development, Agri Business, Development Management, Social Work and Social Entrepreneurship, Craft Development and Entrepreneurship. Product Design/ Craft Design, Architecture, Agriculture, Forestry, Wood Science, Public Administration with minimum 50% and above aggregate marks required. Candidates with minimum 2 years of work experience will be given preference. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in: Community Organisation, Livelihood Management, Development Organisations/NGOs, Social Entrepreneurship Startups, Rural Marketing, Microfinance Organisations or with similar domain dealing with CBOs and Communities in Forest based development Organisations, Craft and allied products-Design and development. Exposure to Livelihoods projects will be added advantage.

2. Machine Supervisor: - Any Government recognized B.E Degree and equivalent degree (B.E. Mechanical, B.E.

Candidates with minimum 2 years of work experience will be given preference. Work Experience: - Mechanical and allied areas with 3 years of work experience/Minimum 1-year work experience in: Cooperative Management, Rural Management, Forest Management, Rural Development, Development Management, Social Work and Social Entrepreneurship, Diploma in Mechanical and allied areas Exposure to Livelihoods and rural development projects will be added advantage.

3. Assistant Machine Supervisor: - Any Government recognized Diploma in Bamboo Technology, Diploma in Mechanical, and Diploma in Production. With minimum 50% and above aggregate marks required. Candidates with minimum 2 years will be given preference. Work Experience: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and allied areas with 3 years experience. ITI with 5 years relevant work experience in Carpentry, Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, Fitter, Turner, with exposure to Shop Floor and Tool Room. Exposure to Livelihoods and rural development projects will be added advantage

4. Handicraft Supervisor: - Any Government recognized Bachelor degree or Diploma in Design (and also in

equivalent field) /Design in Crafts/Accessories/Industrial-Product Design/Furniture Design, forestry, Agriculture, Wood Science. Work Experience: Min. 1-year experience in: Designing / training in Craft Design, Product Design, Accessory Design/Furniture/Bamboo and Cane. Exposure to Livelihoods and rural development and craft cluster based projects will be added advantage.
