SUBJECT: 2016 IRIGA CITY 25th COUNCIL INVITATIONAL ANNIVERSARY AND §TH SOUTHERN LUZON REGIONAL JAMBORETTE

1.

The Iriga City Council, BSP, in its 25tti Year Anniversary Celebration, is pleased to cordially invite Councils of Southern Luzon Region to its Council Invitational Anniversary and 6th One Southern Luzon Regional Jamborette scheduled to be held at the Ilian Hills, San Nicolas, Iriga City on November 22 - 27, 2016.

2.

After the Event, the Jamborette Organizing Committee expects every Scout to: a. Develop values and acquire competencies to become responsible citizens of our communities; b. Develop the awareness as dependable and positive managers of change;

c. Take active part as "Messengers of Peace"; d. Employ creative approach to prevent and/or delay the deteriorating status of global warming/climate change; and e. Strengthen the camaraderie among brother Scouts.

3.

The activities of this Event will revolve around the theme ''SCOUTING: Progress Stability".

An Activity Fee of Seven Hundred pesos (PhP700.00) shall be charged each Scout and Adult participant to cover costs of souvenir items, certificate, program and administrative needs. A Reseivation Fee of Four Hundred pesos (PhP 400.00) shall be remitted/deposited directly to the account of the Iriga City Council, together with the roster of participants on or before 20 October 2016.

All Contingents are expected to take care of their transportation, equipment and supplies to and from the venue. Other needs are available subject to negotiated agreement with the Irlga City Council Management at least fifteen days before the Jamborette date.

All concerned are expected to exert extra coordinated efforts to ensure maximum participation of all qualifies Scouts and Adult Leaders.
