Ca-Nu-Pa Chapter Meeting Minutes - November 13, 2016 Hello fellow Arrowmen, I am sending out this note to make everyone aware of what was discussed at the 11/13/16 Chapter Meeting. Unfortunately, there was a rather small turnout, but that did not stop us from having a good discussion. We talked about some important future events all of which are listed below: December 3 - COI Camp Workday and Chapter Meeting January 28 - LLDC and Winter Banquet February 17-19 - Arctic Freeze and Chapter Meeting March 17-19 - Spring Fellowship April 28-30 - OA Dixie Fellowship May 6 - OA Camp Workday June 28 - OA Lodge Cookout/Vigil Honor Call Out. September 22-24 - OA Fall Fellowship All of these dates can be found on our Calendar on our website: https://sites.google.com/site/canupachapter/Home The December 3rd COI Camp Work Day was discussed at the meeting and there was enough interest in it to pursue it. It will be at Camp Old Indian from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (if you would have to leave early we can work with you). You will need to transport yourself there and we will meet in the parking lot at 9:00 am. I would like everyone planning on attending this event to send me an email so that way I have a rough headcount of how many people will be going and how long you can stay. You will need to bring your own lunch AND a water bottle to the event. We will have our December Chapter Meeting during lunch. The Arctic Freeze was also discussed, and the February 17-19 date is still being confirmed with Camp Buc. We are planning on having it however and I will be sending more info out about it as I know more. Once again, I would like everyone to be active and participate with the Chapter. This Chapter is only as good as the effort we put into it, and so I would like to see everyone putting forth an effort to make us the best Chapter in AKK! If you know fellow Arrowmen who are not receiving these emails, please show them this one and email me their name and email. The Lodge is working on an email system for the Chapters.
