MEET OUR NEW STAFF MEMBERS KIANNA SEDLACEK - 5TH GRADE SCIENCE
I was born and raised in Cardington, Ohio and graduated from CHS in 2012. Then I a+ended Carson-Newman University which is near Knoxville, Tennessee, where I played both basketball and volleyball and majored in Elementary EducaZon. Upon graduaZon I came back home, and was blessed with the opportunity to be the filh grade science teacher here! I am so thankful to be in this posiZon, and it feels so good to be home! I enjoy playing sports, running, serving at church, and spending Zme with my family! I love to travel to new places and drink coffee!! I’m looking forward to an incredible year and feel so blessed to get to work with the children and parents of our special community!
JOHN MONEYHON - HS SPECIAL EDUCATION
I am originally from Dublin, Ohio and I conZnue to live in the area. I ventured to Northeast Pennsylvania to a+end Edinboro University. I was drawn to this smaller Division II state school to run track/cross country on a scholarship and more importantly because it is a quality school for teaching! I got my degree in elementary educaZon and special educaZon. I have worked in special educaZon in various capaciZes for going on ten years. I was one of the top high school distant runners in Ohio aler I finally decided to quit soccer to focus on running. I am no longer much of a runner or a soccer player but I do enough to ensure I keep gerng injured. I am proud to be a newlywed for almost a year now. I am close to my family, I enjoy traveling, teaching, camping/hiking, sports, landscaping and I am proud to be a Pirate! Looking forward to a great year!
