About Client Skatecrops is a social media platform for the skating community – which enables its members to connect and interact with each other. The members can update images and information about their group or self activities, track and locate skating enthusiasts as per locality and organize events via this platform.

Skatecrops is an online platform tailor made for the skating community – aiming to bring them together for exploring common interests, ideas and activities.

Business Challenges Skating, being an out door and hard core physical exercise did not allow live update via web application medium. So, Skatecrops’ members were not able to upload their updates and information on activities, events and meet ups real time. This , to a great extent , constrained the capabilities of the community to share interesting info to its members at the right point of time. The app also had to work in offline mode while skateboarders are outdoors with no or limited connectivity.
