Audit klinis penatalaksanaan pasien TB di RS Betesda sudah dimulai pada tahun 2007 dengan form TB 01 banyak terjadi defisiensi. Pemenuhan terhadap standar TB untuk diagnosis, terapi, public health masih kurang. Tindak lanjut: perlu upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan TB dengan membuat CP di RS.

Mengidentifikasi detail upaya peningkatan mutu yang dapat dilakukan Menyiapkan langkah-langkah, tools dan instrumen yang dibutuhkan Menerapakan upaya peningkatan mutu Melakukan re-audit untuk mengukur keberhasilan upaya peningkatan mutu

Terjadi peningkatan pemenuhan terhadap standar TB yang cukup tajam pada beberapa poin dengan diterapkannya CP TB di SMF paru RS Bethesda. Anamnesis gejala umum TB, anamnesis gejala spesifik TB, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan fisik paru, tipe dan klasifikasi TB, pemeriksaan BTA sebagai sarana diagnosis, serta pemberian jenis dan dosis OAT, pada poin-poin yang disebutkan diatas, angka defisiensi mendekati nol atau bahkan sempurna.

Pada kriteria anamnesis faktor resiko HIV, dan pelacakan kasus pada kontak TB terjadi peningkatan terhadap pemenuhan standar TB pada tahun 2011 sebesar 85%, tahun 2012 sebesar 82%, tahun 2013 93%, dan tahun 2014 sebesar 95%. Sedangkan pada kegiatan public health untuk pelacakan kasus pada kontak TB terjadi peningkatan walaupun belum 100%; yaitu tahun 2011 menjadi 69%, tahun 2012 menjadi 73%, tahun 2013 menjadi 95% dan baru pada tahun 2014 menjadi 100%.
