Student Printing Instruction 1. Open the browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari or Firefox) on your laptop, and please type in following URL in address bar

http://stcwinfs01:9191/user 2. Input your CEO username and initial password (student123), then click “Log in” button to login

3. Click “Change Details” to change the initial password to you own one

4. Click “Web Print” then “Submit a Job” to start

5. Choose the printer you are going to use a. Library BW Printer – Black and White b. Library Colour Printer – Colour *Black and White Printing – 10c/page Colour Printing – 20c/page $10 Initial Credits

6. Input the number of copies you want to print (1 copy as default)

7. Select the document to upload or simply drag the file into the grey area. *The file type must be PDF or image format. If you have Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc or Pages file, please download as or convert to PDF file for uploading.

8. Then click the “Upload & Complete” to send the job to library printer. The print job would show on the Web Print page

9. You could manage the jobs from “Jobs Pending Release”

10. Release your print job at the library printer

a. Login by using Username and Password. You can use your CEO Username (Normally first name. last name) and Password (Default password or the password changed in user management page)

b. Login by using ID Number. You can use your Sentral number (get from Sentral Student Portal) to login

11. Once you login, the files you sent to the printer would show on the screen. And you can use other functions by click “Use Copier Function” button

12. Select the file to print, press “Next” the release the job.

13. After you login, you can use other functions by click “Use Copier Function” button.

14. Please click “Log in/out” button on the panel after finish using the machine. (If there is no operation, the machine would log out automatically after 30s)
