Annual Allen FFA Craft & Trade Show Saturday, November 15, 2014 8am – 5pm Allen is North of Dallas on highway 75. From 75 take Exchange Pkwy exit, go east on exchange. Approximately 1 mile (2nd red light) turn right on Rivercrest Blvd. The High School will be ½ mile down on your right. ADMISSION: Free, donations accepted for “Kids feeding the hungry” Community service project.
Set up will be Friday 11/14/14from 5pm – 10pm or Saturday 11/15/14 from 6am – 7am. This is an indoor show and will be held in the cafeteria located in the front of the school. You will pull to the back of the school to unload (signs will be visible to indicate the location). Entrance and customer parking will be located in the front of the school at the main entrance. Students will be available to help unload your items from your vehicle and bring into the cafeteria. Please move your car to one of the parking lots before setting up your booth so others can unload. Booth prices are: 10x10………………………………………..…..$50 2nd 10x10 Booth………………………….….$30 Electricity (If Needed for Booth)……$10 You may bring your own tables, but if you need a table provided by us 3x5 table……………………..……………….$10 You will need to furnish your own extension cords in good condition, along with tape to tape down cords. Fees must accompany your application. Fees are non-refundable. Please make checks payable to: Allen FFA (Include your Driver’s License #) Tables must be covered to the floor, and all extra boxes should be out of view. We will try really hard to only allow one vendor per company, so please be specific in what you sell. Please include 2 photos of your products with your application (you may email them to me with your name and company information) please include a self -
addressed envelope for your confirmation letter for the return of your photos if you send a hard copy. The Trade show will be of desirable resale items in good to excellent condition. This can also include antiques and unique items. We will have drawings for door prizes. We are asking that each vendor donate one door prize. Please put your name, address and booth number on it so that winners will know whom to thank. These items can be given to Stacy Schertz on Saturday morning. Items not used on Saturday will be used at upcoming Allen FFA auction to raise money for the students of our organization to travel. We will be advertising in the local newspaper, mass email blasts throughout our large 5A district, flyers and signs everywhere, Craig’s list, all multi-media, Allen ISD Website, Craftlisters, and yard signs. The FFA will have a concession stand that will have a snack bar and a bake sale where you will be able to purchase lunch and snacks. No vendors will be allowed to sell food or drink.
