WTS Lite Customize Field Names 1. Select ADMIN

2. Go to PACKAGE TRACKING SETTINGS and select Customize Field Names

The Receive Screen Customization table consists of 4 columns: Default Description - this is the field name if active that will show on the receive screen Active - this turns the field on and off on the receive screen Use Custom Description - if the checkbox is checked, the custom description will be used that is entered into the box to the right Formula (not titled) - some fields can be setup with formulas to auto populate data

Available Fields Required Fields - these fields are required for WTS Lite and cannot be inactivated on the receive screen. However the description can be customized

WTS Lite UserFields UserFields 1-5 are free fields that can be entered during receiving, formulas can be used UserFields 6&7 are date userfields and will bring up a calendar on the screen

Named Fields The following fields are built into WTS Lite. They can be set like a user field but most have purpose as described below

Next Action This field, if enabled, allows a package to automatically set to a different status then received when receiving Note: this field is great to use if forwarding label is used or if using Quick Receipt and doing emails

WTS Lite Moving Fields on the Receive Screen Next to all fields if highlighted are up and down arrows . These arrows will move fields down or up one spot. All active items will show on the receive screen in the order of the customization screen. Formula Setup Each user field and named field can be setup with an Excel formula to auto populate the field based on the recipient or carrier or any other field. To start, select the Formula icon for the highlighted field Enter the formula by using Excel fields and the given fields. Most of the time a recipient field is just needed to show on the receive screen. To accomplish this do the following: Select a Receipt Field and select Insert

The Field selected will enter the Field Formula box

WTS Lite Enter an equals sign (=) before the field and select Save

The customized Receive Screen will appear after being saved
