Darrington Street Fair Saturday, July 15, 2017 Registration Form Vendors are invited to the Darrington Street Fair on Saturday, July 15, 2017. 10:00 AM to 5 PM. The event includes live music, vendors, art, Darrington Days Activities, Model A Strut, Hampton Mill Tours, Archers Competition, Home Town Hero celebration. The Fair will be on Darrington Street, between Givens and Elwell. Details at www.DiscoverDarrington.com. Setup starts at 8:30 am. Tear down and cleaned up by 6:30 pm. Vendors will receive a 10’x10’ space for the day. Vendors please bring your own canopies, tables, chairs and trash bags. Bring a trash box and take away your own trash! We do not have access to electricity or water. We require and expect all vendors to staff your booths at all times. If you must leave early, please check here To apply, please fill out this form, enclose payment, and mail, vendors must read and sign the liability waiver. Confirmation will be emailed. Placements will be assigned in the order that payment was received, registration form signed and filled out. Deadline for registration: July 1, 2017.

1,) Assumes all responsibility and risk associated with all conditions, acts of God, hazards, and potential dangers In, on or about a booth/table top site whether they are obvious or concealed. 2.) Releases, indemnifies and holds harmless the Darrington Street Fair Committee, Darrington Strong, City of Darrington and their agents and assignees from all loss, injury, damage or liability to persons or property sustained by reason of the presence of the vendor before, during and after the Darrington Street Fair. 3.) I fully understand that, should I choose to cancel my participation as a vendor within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Event, I will not be issued a refund. 4.) I hereby acknowledge that I am eligible to participate in the 2017 Darrington Street Fair event and have read and Agree to comply with the established rules of this fair.
