Allen Elementary PTO Meeting Minutes December 12, 2017 @ 12:15 p.m.

Members Present: Stacy Irwin, Becky Dunn, Melissa Varner, Danyell Roberts, Amy Hufford, Tanya Johnson, Lisa Henderson Meeting called to order @ 12:18 p.m. 1. Financial Report a. $8,309.53 b. The funds for the staff party was approved for $250.00. 2. Upcoming Events a. Family Game Night on January 23, 2018 from 6-7 p.m. in the cafeteria at Southside. All elementary school students and their family's will be invited to come play BINGO and enjoy free popcorn and water, along with fun prizes. i. If anyone has ideas for a few door prizes or prizes to be handed out to the winners, please contact Stacy Irwin with that info. b. The Panther Store should be up and running when students return from the break. Letters will be going home this week or next. 3. Next Meeting a.
