The Executive Director, Regional Directors and Other Officials Concerned, Bureau of Local Government Finance

SUBJECT

CONDUCT OF THE SECOND QUARTER REGIONAL DIRECTORS' CONFERENCE BY THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE, THIS DEPARTMENT

For purposes of threshing out various problems and issues in the implementation of the Local Government Code of 1991, assessing the impact of the Code on local treasury and assessment operations, and addressing other critical matters affecting its Regional and field offices, the Bureau of Local Government Finance is hereby authorized to conduct the Second Quarter Regional Directors' Conference at Cebu City on June 22 - 24, 1992. The said conference shall be attended by the following key officials of the Bureau: A.

In this regard, Director Carlos is hereby authorized to make arrangements for the Regional Directors' Conference and to enter into a contract for and in behalf of the Bureau with the management of Hotel Esperanza, Cebu City, where the conference will be held.

Attendance of BLGF Central and Regional Officials in the Conference shall be considered on official business and they shall be entitled to travelling, per diems, and other incidental expenses incurred in connection therewith, chargeable against available funds of their respective offices, and subject to the usual accounting and audit requirements.
