SUBJECT:

CONDUCT OF THE THIRD QUARTER REGIONAL DIRECTORS' CONFERENCE BY THE BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE, THIS DEPARTMENT

In order to ensure the attainment of its goals and objectives for CY 1992 and to address various issues and concerns affecting the operations of its Regional and field offices, the Bureau of Local Government Finance is hereby authorized to conduct the Third Regional Directors' Conference at the BLGF Conference Room, 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila on October 20-22, 1992. The said conference shall be attended by all key officials of the Central and Regional Offices of the Bureau. The Regional Directors, however, are also authorized to act as panel discussants during the 61st National Conference-Workshop of the Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Assessors Association, Inc. (PACTAA) on October 21 and as workshop evaluators on October 22, 1992. Attendance of BLGF Central and Regional Officials in the Conference shall be considered on official business and they shall be entitled to travelling, per diems, and other incidental expenses incurred in connection therewith, chargeable against available funds of their respective offices, and subject to the usual accounting and audit requirements.
