AMENDING DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 23-91, SERIES OF 1991, ENTITLED "RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE, PLACEMENT, SALE, SERVICING AND REDEMPTION OF FLOATING RATE TREASURY NOTES UNDER R.A. NO. 245, AS AMENDED".
Sec. 1 Section III-7(b) of Finance Department Order No. 23-91, Series of 1991 is hereby amended to read as follows: III.

Tenders:- Acceptance-by-the-Secretary-of-Finance "Section 7(b). -The Secretary of Finance, in consultation with the Central Bank of the Philippines, will determine the acceptable dealer distribution fees offered and will make a public announcement of the amount of The Secretary of Finance, accepted bids and allocation of awards. through the Auction Committee shall have the option to increase awards beyond the offered volume whenever circumstances may warrant provided such option shall be reflected in the Offering Circular. Those who submitted tenders shall be advised by the Government Securities Department, Central Bank of the Philippines of the acceptance or rejection thereof, and payment on accepted tenders must be made or completed on the date specified in the public notice at the said Department of the Central Bank." Sec. 2 This Order shall take effect immediately.
