MUNICIPALITIES IN THE SUBJECT: RECLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1993, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE 2ND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 (R.A. 7160). T0

The Director for Local Government Regional Finance, the Provincial Governor, Region X; the Sangguniang Panialawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and Provincial Auditor of the Oriental; the Municipal Mayors, the Misamis Sangguniang the Municipal Treasurers Bayan, and Others concerned.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), more particularly the 2nd paragraph thereof, as implemented under Article 6, Letter e, Rule II of the IRR of the Code and Department Order No. 35-93 dated June 16, Department, copy attached, the of this following 1993 municipalities in the province of Misamie Oriental, are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1993, on the basis of their respective average annual income actually realized last four (4) consecutive calendar years during the (1989-1992), as certified by the Commission on Audit.
