DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 93-93 October 7, 1993 MUNICIPALITIES IN THE SUBJECT: RECLASSIFICATION OF OF CAMARINES NORTE EFFECTIVE JULY PROVINCE 1, 1993, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE 2ND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 8 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1.991 (R.A. 7160). Pursuant to Section 8 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), more particularly the 2nd paragraph thereof, as implemented under Article S., Letter e, Rule II of the IRR of the Code and Department Order No. 35-93 dated June 16, the following Department, copy attached, 1993 of this municipalities in the Province of Camarines Norte, are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1993, on the basis of annual income actually realized average their respective calendar years consecutive last four (4) during the (1989-1992), as certified by the Commission on Audit: MUNICIPALITIES
