MUNICIPALITIES IN THE SUBJECT: RECLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1993, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LOCAL 2ND PARAGRAPH OF SECTION 8 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 (R.A. 7160). T0

Director for Local Government The Regional the Provincial Governor, Finance, Region V; the Provincial the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, of Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor the Municipal Camarines Sur; the Mayors, Bayan, the Municipal Treasurers Sangguniang and Others concerned.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), more particularly the 2nd paragraph thereof, as implemented under Article 6, Letter e, Rule II of the IRR of the Code and Department Order No. 35-93 dated June 16, Department, copy attached, the following 1993 of this municipalities in the Province of Camarines Sur, are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1993, on the basis of their respective average annual income actually realized during the four (4) consecutive calendar years (1989-1992), as last certified by the Commission on Audit: MUNICIPALITIES

In this connection, attention is invited to Section 6 of said Department Order which provides that "provinces, cities and municipalities whose income classification shall have been raised or reduced in view of the reclassification, shall accordingly revise and adjust their existing Compensation and System, subject to the Position Classifications maximum standards and guidelines prescribed by the Civil Service Commission; Provided that no official or employee in the local government shall suffer any diminution of the basic before salary rate that he is actually receiving the effectivity of the new reclassification of the LGUs."
