The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IV; the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Laguna; the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan, the Municipal Treasurer of Pakil and Others concerned.
This Department is in receipt of the 1st Indorsement dated August 15, 1994 of the Commission on Audit informing that the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) of the municipality of Pakil for the year 1991 as previously certified by said Office should have been P1,062,606.00, instead of P272,335.03. Further verification of the certification issued by the Commission on Audit under its abovementioned 1st Indorsement shows that the average annual- income of the municipality during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1989-1992) was actually P2,046,077.74 and not P1,848,509.00 as previously certified. In view hereof, Department Order No. 43-94 dated May 25, 1994 is hereby amended to the effect that the. reclassification of the municipality of Pakil is FIFTH CLASS instead of SIXTH CLASS.
