CUSTOMER CHARTER We, Destiny Support are committed to providing good-quality services to all of our customers. We want to improve the way we provide services to you. This chart explains the level of service you can expect from us. Being accessible Our main office hours are from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday. We recognise that we have a wide range of customers and all of our staff will be polite, helpful, and will identify themselves. Phoning us If you phone us, we will:  answer your call within five rings;  tell you our name when we answer the phone;  find someone else to help you if the person you want to speak to is not available;  return your call the next working day if you leave us a message; and always be polite and respectful. Writing to us If you write to us or send us an e-mail, we will:  respond to e-mails within 24 hours;  stamp your letter when we receive it and reply within 3 working days.  use plain languages;  arrange for a translation if English is not your first language; and Customer Charter Policy Copyright © Destiny Support. Information for Clients who use our services To keep you up to date with matters which affect the services we offer, we will:  

invite you to our consultation meetings every year to hear from you on how we are performing, matters that affect you or our services and highlight areas of improvement; support representatives to take part effectively in decision-making processes;

When something goes wrong We want to hear from you if you are not happy with any aspect of our work. If you feel that something has gone wrong, we will:     

send you copy of our complaints procedure; try to find a solution to your problem as quickly as possible; apologise if you have a justified complaints and take the appropriate action; consider whether a person outside Destiny Support could help us to find a solution; and explain what action we have taken or plan to take.
