DIGITAL INDIA " That day is not far when india will have a different identity thoughout the world due to digital india." - Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Digital india lauched an ambitious plan to bring digital revolution in india on july 1 , 2015 , on three main pillars , digital infrastructure , digital services , and digital literacy . through this program , almost all the universities of the country will be made available to the Wi -Fi facility by 2019, government departments will be digitized and 2.5 lakh gram panchayats will be connected to the highspeed internet . the main objective of this scheme is to reduce paperwork , improve efficiency and save time . under this scheme both the service provider and user will benefit . to make this scheme a success , BSNL has been launched in the entire country . it has been planned to broadcast large - scale wi-fi hot spots. this scheme will simplify all online services like banking , education , finance management etc . through this scheme , the government's access to rural areas of india will be easy and strong , so that the speed of development of these areas will be intensified , and in these areas , all will be made available for digital education . Digital india has nine goals - (i) brandband highway (ii) global access to mobile phones (iii) internet access for all

(iv) e - governance (v) e - revolution (vi) notification to all (vii) electronic manufacturing ( total import zero goal ) (viii) more IT jobs (ix) Early yields

CONCLUSION :- It can be said that in order to accelerate the speed of development of the nation , the introduction of digital india scheme will take the nation to the new path of development and to create a new and important technology like IT and a new india will be born , whose name will be " DIGITAL INDIA " .
