I authorize the Del Valle ISD and the Financial Institution(s) listed above to deposit my net pay automatically to my checking or savings account each payday. If monies to which I am not entitled are deposited in my account, I authorize Del Valle ISD to direct the Financial Institution(s) to return the funds. This authorization is to remain in effect until Del Valle ISD Payroll Department has received written notification from me or upon my termination with Del Valle ISD and in such manner as to afford Del Valle ISD and the Financial Institution(s) a reasonable opportunity to act on it or until I have received written notification of the cancellation of Direct Deposit offered by Del Valle ISD or the Financial Institution. I understand that deposits made to a joint account will be accessible by any person named on the account. I also understand that any rejected deposits from my bank are no fault of the Del Valle ISD Payroll Department and will terminate my Authorization Agreement of Direct Deposit of Payroll.
