Position Description The Director - Services will be responsible for developing, marketing and managing ennovent services, including the Impact Circle and the Global Network. The candidate will be an integral member of the ennovent team and works closely with other ennovent staff. Specific responsibilities include: •
Lead the marketing and business development of ennovent services
•
Develop and ensure effective revenue streams to make the services profitable
•
Market and coordinate challenges to identify and select the best solutions for the BoP
•
Support the marketing and engagement of the Global Network
•
Raise sponsorships from corporations, foundations and other organisations
•
Proactively build and maintain relationships with partners, clients and investors
•
Assist the overall strategic development and management of ennovent
Job Requirements Candidates should have a passionate commitment to solving complex problems of sustainability at the Base of the Pyramid, while employing for-profit approaches. Strong candidates will have relevant marketing and business development experience and particular strength in starting new business services. The successful candidate should especially have the following attributes: •
An advanced degree in marketing, business or related field is mandatory
•
Overall 7 years of experience with at least 3 years experience in a start-up
•
Strong experience in marketing, sales and business development in India and globally is mandatory
•
Experience in working at the Base of the economic Pyramid (BoP) in India is an asset
•
Excellent networking skills and outgoing or extrovert personality
•
An entrepreneurial mindset to work independently and flexible to ensure attainment of outcomes
•
High-level of proficiency in oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory
•
Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
•
Highly motivated individual with a strong enthusiasm for ennovent’s mission and core values
