Leverett's Chapel 7-12 Grade Disciplinary Guidelines The following is the Leverett’s Chapel Code of Conduct Disciplinary Guidelines for grades 7-12. Offenses may occur that are not listed in the Code of Conduct. For these offenses, the principals have the discretion to give the consequences that they deem necessary. Each of the offenses listed fall under a level. Each level carries with it consequences. Offenses will not be separate entities, but rather, included as an offense within a level. For example, one horseplay violation and one disruptive behavior violation will be the equivalent of the 2nd offense in Level 1. The principals reserve the right to adjust the severity of the consequence for the offenses listed as well as those not listed. These guidelines will be followed for the first three times a student is sent to ISS. If a student commits a fourth offense, the principal may assign the student DAEP, ten days of ISS, or continue to follow the disciplinary guidelines. The Special Education behavioral plans will be followed. LEVEL 1 LEVEL 1 Offenses: Disruptive behavior (major) Inappropriate language Horseplay
