MEETING ACT
Being the 1:40 of the day Thursday 23 of July of 2009 we met: JORGE ANDRÉS CHAVARRÍA DRAWS OUT, LEIDY JOHANNA PEREZ GO'MEZ, PAULA CRISTINA GO'MEZ TABARES, CAROLINA OCHOA JIMENEZ. In this day we went to the Normal Educative Institution Superior Pedro Justo Berrío where we met with the Educator and Sicóloga Fabiola Yepés Ester Perez with which we treated subjects of extreme importance focused to our project in which we included subjects like auditory problems, mental retardation, syndrome of Down, and hyperactivity also we saw practical methods like the computer talking, the clock talking, strips, fine cardboards, machine perkis used to write, software like the Joyce, imagic and among which they contributed greater knowledge to us for the quick accomplishment of our project. Of before hand we will follow in the search of new alternatives for the knowledge with the children. MEETING ACT Being the 1:40 of the day Wednesday, 22 of July of 2009 we met: JORGE ANDRÉS CHAVARRÍA DRAWS OUT, LEIDY JOHANNA PEREZGOMÉZ, PAULA CRISTINA GO'MEZ TABARES, CAROLINA OCHOA JIMENEZ. In which we completed of figures of the project such as the completion of the format of the project, we watched scratch, which is a software for the children with limitations, and also we engaged in a dialog on the possible solutions, for a project far better done and presented/displayed. Being 4:56 we gave by finished the meeting, in which we commit ourselves to make the project.

MEETING ACT Being the 9:30 of the day Monday 27 of July of 2009 we met: LEIDY JOHANNA PEREZ GO'MEZ, PAULA CRISTINA GO'MEZ TABARES, CAROLINA OCHOA JIMENEZ. In this day we went to the Educative Center Our Friends located in the street san Francisco where we met with the Director of this Orfa institution Isabel Agudelo Tobón with who we dealt focused subjects of extreme importance to our project in which there the used method but for the learning of the children with learning barriers, in a customized education based on the functional abilities that they have, the frequent limitations but that present/display the children of this institution are: cognitivo deficit, syndrome of Down, visual discapacidad, microcefalia, cerebral paralysis, psicomotor delay, physical discapacidad, autismo, syndrome of wees, but this it is not impediment to be always arranged to work with our children also we found problems, and hyperactivity auditory also we found methods practical like machine of braille, and pedagogical tools created by they themselves in order to handle with the children and among whom they contributed greater knowledge to us for the quick accomplishment of our project. Being the 10:30 of the day Monday 27 of July of 2009 we met: PAULA CRISTINA GO'MEZ TABARES AND CAROLINA OCHOA JIMENEZ. In this day of today we went again in center Educative Our Friends located in the street san Francisco where we met with the fonoaudióloga Claudia Zapata which takes several years in the interesting work to work with the children we could investigate in its important experience, with her we dealt subjects focused to our project in a customized education based on the functional abilities that have all the children first who everything we have of a fonoaudiólogo it is a specialty that dedicates to the study and treatment of the normal and pathological processes of the human communication, in the areas of speech, language, hearing and voice. The Fonoaudiólogo is a prepared professional to work with people of different ages, being its main roll establishing or to restore the abilities and functions of the human communication. This enabled to make prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, in addition derivations to other professionals, and to integrate multidisciplinary equipment in health, and education. We were wanted to reunite with her since it is of extreme importance for the contribution of our work as equipment basing to us on the basic necessities of the children from this great contribution we continue looking for to enable to us in software much more who favor to the learning of these children. Santa Rosa de Osos, August 05 of 2009 In today we moved to the seat of the Helping Maria to engage in a dialog a little with the educational ones of this establishment, in special with Natalie Go'mez Woods and Doris Maria Palace with them we focused a little in the children with attention deficit and physical limitations with them we reached the agreement from which serious very interesting to take I finish the proposal of our project of the children with limitations of learning in virtual atmospheres and to create a didactic software to facilitate to these children but the possibility to them of interacting but with the part of systems in this institution they handle to much the participation constant of the parents of family in this formativo process because they are part fundamental of the educative process of these children For the improvement of its learning from its limitation or barrier they would like to have tools like: interactive games in the different areas, virtual videos , encyclopedias.
