! WARNING Do not operate or permit anyone to operate a snowmobile until the steering shaft has been updated. Severe personal injury may result if the steering shaft comes loose and loss of control occurs.

What should you do? Update all affected snowmobiles still at your dealership. All registered owners of affected snowmobiles will be sent a letter concerning this Product Safety Recall Bulletin (letter enclosed). If a customer contacts you concerning this issue, please assist them in completing the necessary update. Ordering Parts: Order an appropriate number of Steering Shaft Reinforcement Assembly Kits (p/n 1705-200) through normal parts-ordering channels.
