Applications are invited from dynamic and result oriented professionals for its ongoing and future assignments for appointment on temporary, adhoc/on fixed tenure basis and experienced professionals for engagement as Consultants (Part time) in the following disciplines: i. CIVIL ENGINEERING: Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute having minimum 60% marks with 1 to 15 years post qualification experience in all aspects of project management, including civil/structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirement as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring, execution of site activities etc. ii. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING – Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having 1 to 15 years experience in design/execution of electrical works in large multistoried institutional buildings in the field of internal and external electrification works including HT/LT installation work, DG sets etc. iii. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING – Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having 1 to 15 years experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works preferably for large hospitals. iv. PROCUREMENT: Graduate/Diploma in Bio Medical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having 1 to 15 years experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, follow up with client/Ministry for approval and payments etc.Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipments and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories. v. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute having 1 to 15 years experience of computer networking, testing and system integration, hardware & software and related works. ….2/-

:2: vi. DRAFTSMAN (ARCH/CIVIL STRUCTURE): Minimum 10th pass holding 3 years Diploma in Architectural Assistantship with minimum 60% marks for D’Man (Arch) and minimum 10 th class pass having at least 60% marks in ITI (Civil) Trade Certificate for D’Man (Civil). Candidates must have 1 to 15 years experience in AUTOCAD drafting of GA & R/f detailing drawings of multistoried buildings in an organization handling large civil projects. Command over AUTOCAD is must. Exposure in checking drawings and independently understanding GA & R/f drawing & to work from supplied designs is desirable. vii. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS: CA/ICWA/CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter)/ MBA (Finance with min 60% marks) having 1 to 15 years post qualification experience in areas of MIS, Internal Control System, annual accounts, co-ordination with auditors, taxation, banking, tendering etc. CONSULTANT (PART TIME) MEDICAL CONSULTANT: MBBS/MD/MS who have recently retired, preferably as HOD from a Hospital/Medical College of repute and familiar with specifications and planning of medical equipments for hospitals and medical colleges to be empanelled as Consultants. PROCUREMENT CONSULTANT: Graduate in Bio-Medical/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university with at least 15 years experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipments and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories. PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT: Graduate in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with at least 15 years experience in all aspects of project management including Multi Project co-ordination, publishing and finalizing pre qualification requirements as per Govt norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, project Management & site Supervision of large projects at various places in India and abroad. Candidates must be conversant with CPWD manuals, specifications etc, project planning & management, Billing, quality control, CVC guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with CPWD, PSUs and other Government organizations. …..3/-

:3: GENERAL CONDITIONS Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. All Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates should be from University/Institute recognized by the Board of Technical Education/AICTE/appropriate statutory authority. For all posts, candidates must have excellent knowledge of working on computers, including software viz. MS Office, MS Projects, Primavera etc for technical posts. The minimum post qualification experience etc may be relaxed in respect of deserving/meritorious candidates at the discretion of the Management. Reservations/Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Serviceman and physically handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. orders for fixed tenure category. Only candidates below the age of 45 years are eligible to apply in fixed tenure category. The company reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reason. Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India/abroad. The appointment will be on fixed tenure basis initially for a period of one year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
