Community Spring Cleanup Day Spring is almost here. With its arrival come the Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day Parade, Neighborhood Garage Sale, and a new season to use the pool, playground and tennis courts. Many new people will also visit our neighborhood throughout the spring and summer with their families, looking to buy the perfect home. Even with all the beauty and incredible events we have to offer, there’s one area of our neighborhood new families might find a little less than desirable. Have you ever walked behind the tennis courts and noticed what a mess the playground is? Did you even know there is a playground? Maybe you have even thought, “Somebody
should really do something about that.” We agree. Somebody should do something. Or better yet—a group of somebodies. That’s why we’re calling on the whole community. We want you to come help beautify the Community Center and playground! Whether you’re a family who would like to use it, or you want to boost your home’s value by enhancing the look of our community space, come and get your hands dirty to help create a beautiful environment for ever yone. Bring tools, gloves and anything you think we’ll need to make our space shine. We’ll be cleaning and clearing branches and brush. Come any time after 8 a.m. and bring something to share at the community potluck at 11:30 a.m.
FAMILIES: We want your input on the playground’s future! Answer the poll question on our Facebook page: facebook.com/FarmingtonSquare Don’t miss the Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, March 28 at 10 a.m.

Pool Update
Trash Storage From Farmington Square Covenants, Section IV. (Lot Maintenance, Sanitary and Easement Provisions):
Good news for this summer: Bryce will be our pool manager again. He has done a great job keeping the pool in great shape as well as becoming very good at fixing things that break! We will also have many familiar guards returning but we are always looking for new guards. Anyone interested should call Bryce at 574-575-1301. We are looking into some new deck fur niture as well as some repairs to the pump and pool. The pool will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 23. Please complete an Emergency Contact Form, located in the clubhouse, before any family member swims.
A. (Storage) No lot shall be used for storage of old lumber, cars, materials, or debris, which would tend to make the lot unsightly in appearance and character. All fuel tanks shall be buried or concealed. B.
