Pack 208 Web Page and Publicity Permission Form Dear Parents, Cub Scout Pack 208 would like to incorporate pictures of our activities and events utilizing the media and the Pack 208 website and Facebook page for our scouts and families, as well as to interest other boys in Scouting. However, before these pictures can be posted we would like to request parental permission regarding the posting of these pictures. Please note that the websites will never contain the name, home address, or telephone number of any of the boys involved. If you have any questions regarding the website, the Internet, or the content of these sites, please contact the Cubmaster, Pack Chair or webmaster of Pack 208. We also have a section on our website with information just for member of Pack 208. Please indicate on the attached form if you would like to your email to be added, so you will be able to have access to the information posted in the members’ area. Please note that you will need a Google account to access the members section of the webpage. (You can use your existing non-Gmail account to create a Google account). Thank you.

NO personal information about the child, such as name, home address or telephone number will ever be used. All photos will appear with a copyright notice prohibiting the copying of the photos without express written consent. If anyone should request such permission, those requests will be forwarded to the child’s parents/guardians. The Pack does not require permission to use photos that contain your son for Pack slideshows and displays that are shown only at Pack activities. These photos may be used in future promotions, publications, activities or events.
