Earl Foster has been a BCISD Board member since May of 2016. Mr. Foster is the General Manager for the Lakeway Municipal Utility District Mr. Foster has been married for over 22 years to Kaci White-Foster. They have four children, who are all Burnet High School graduates. Mr. and Mrs. Foster have four grandchildren with one more on the way. Mr. Foster is the chair of the Highland Lakes Firm Water Customer Cooperative and has been a member of Lions International for over 25 years. He is currently working on his MBA through Concordia University. In his spare time, Mr. Foster enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren, and getting out on the lake whenever possible. When asked why he serves on the Board, Mr. Foster stated “I serve on the Board because it is an opportunity to give back to the community that we call home and love so much. I want to understand how BCISD operates and hope that I can contribute a small part in making a difference in the lives of the kids in the same community that our kids grew up in.”
