Early Dismissal Procedures:
• Only a parent/guardian may sign out a student before the end of the school day. • Students will not be released after 2:00 p.m. parents will be required to wait until school dismissal at 2:30. • If a parent must assign a designee to pick up his/her child before dismissal, a written note must be sent to the attendance office prior to the dismissal. A parent/guardian email will be accepted if that email address is on file. If a note or an email is not received before the student’s scheduled time for pick up, the student may not leave school early. This is a safety procedure for the protection of the student. • If an email is sent, please be sure to have the designee’s full name and include your student’s name. The email address is

Student Absentee Procedures: Anytime a student is absent for any reason, a parent note and/or doctor’s note must be provided within 5 days to excuse the absence. Excuse notes may also be emailed to
[email protected]. Please include student’s full name.
