Early County School System Flyer Approval and Distribution ECSS cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and embrace innovative technology, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

All requests for flyer distribution by outside community organizations (this does not include Parent Organizations within our schools) must first be approved by our District Office. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Your flyer will automatically be submitted to the district office. District admins will review the material and approve or deny based on the criteria provided below. Please allow up to 1 week for approval at the district and school levels. Peachjar does charge outside organizations a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to the each school. Originate from a local non-profit organization with a valid 501 c 3 tax ID Originate from a state or federal approved program Support ECSS’s mission and vision for excellence Acceptable Use Policy (IFBG) of the Early County Board of Education Directly benefit students or be of intrinsic value to students/parents Not directly conflict with ECSS programs Must include this statement – This event/activity/program (choose one) is not sponsored by the Early County School System. Approval to distribute flyers is a community service and does not imply endorsement.

Instructions for Schools and Parent Clubs Your school’s Peachjar site administrator can upload flyers to the school’s Peachjar account. You can send flyers to the Site Admin for uploading. To be approved….  

Must be a recognized parent organization directly related to the school (PTO, Booster’s Club etc..) Email the flyer to Ashley Collier ([email protected]) or Tammy Storey ([email protected]) or email to the school’s principal.
