LECTURE REGULATORY
1. To Lecturer: Lecture Regulatory related to the duties of lecturers in the lecture a. b. c. d. e. f. g. h. i. j. k. l. m. n. o. p. q. r. s. t.
Present in class on time according to schedule. Always carrying a portfolio of lectures. Lectures begin and end in accordance with the specified lecture hours. Check the attendance of students in the first 15 minutes of lecture hours. Provide to the students of the lectures document, include: Syllabus, SAP, Instructional Materials and louvers matter / assessment at the beginning of the lecture Perform the lectures contract to students no later than the second week of lectures Provide material that refers to the syllabus documents, SAP and Subjects agreed. Do not make change and transfer of class hours or classroom. Use a tool or medium of learning effectively and efficiently. Use a tool or medium of learning in accordance with the procedure. Directing and monitoring the implementation of activities and group discussions during the lectures. Oversee the implementation of midterms and final exam. Always dressed polite, tidy and participate in supervising the procedure for student dress. Be firm with students dress does not fit to the rules. Oversee the attitude and behavior of students, both during the lectures and outside the lecture hours to fill out the form Student Code of Ethics Violation Note. Remind the students to maintain cleanliness in the classroom and outside the classroom. Lecturers are not allowed to smoke in the classroom and faculty environment. Lecturers carry out the course at least 12 times face to face lectures outside midterms and final exam. If it is not met, the lecturers are required to add a lecture meeting. Input grade to AIS at least 10 days after midterms and final exam. Lecturers who do not or late upload the grade then the faculty will give a grade of B for all the students who taught by them and will be given gradual sanctions.

Present in classroom 10 minutes before the class begin. Determine and agree on the portfolio provided by lecturers. Attending the lecture at least 80% of the number of face to face lecture. Attending the lecture in accordance with the existing lecture hours. Student delay tolerated for 15 minutes after the lecture begins. Passing from the existing limit, it is considered not present although allowed to follow lectures. Students must perform a contract agreement with lectures in the lectures contract documents consisting of: syllabus documents, SAP and Subjects agreed. The head of the class and all students in the class have to sign a lecture contract form. The head of the class must sign form of List of lecturer Presence and Monitoring Class Realization required every lecture meeting. If there is displacement class conducted by a student, then the student must fill out the form Note Movement Class for further processing. Students are not allowed to add or subtract student name on the List of Presence. The head of the class should participate in supervising the use of a tool or medium of learning during the lectures. Students must be actively involved in the discussions and group assignments during lecture. Follow midterms and final exam or other similar forms of assessment. Fulfill all assignments and other structured activities that are determined by the lecturer in accordance with the provisions. Dressed decent, neat and clean. Long-haired male students were not justified and a wearing Tshirts and flip over on campus; while for female students are not allowed to wear tight clothing, invisibility, and excessive jewelry while on campus. Students are required to keep a good attitude and behavior during the lectures and outside lecture hours. Prohibited acts: fighting, vandalism, gambling and carrying weapons; possess, carry, store, distribute, trafficking and use of narcotics, psychotropic and other addictive substances or drugs either for himself or another person, theft, carrying tau using explosives; kill; and disturb peace and public order as well as other acts prohibited by law. Prohibited to say dirty, disrespectful or rude and abusive words, commit fraud; falsifying signatures, value, plagiarism and the like. Male and female student were prohibited from associating too familiar in accordance with the norms of Islam. Smoking is prohibited in the classroom and campus environment. Throwing of garbage in a designated place. Violation of the provisions above will be penalized in accordance with the level of the violation.
